[LOG] CLUB FAIR AT LUNCH

Who: EVERYONE
What: Lunch + Club Fair
When: End of the 2nd week of School
Where: Lunchroom and Courtyard

It's now a couple of weeks into school and it's about time for a real club fair hosted by the Student Council! Tables are set up around the lunchroom giving students a chance to talk to the different club presidents and members about joining. Lunch has been extended to an hour and a half today with a few of the teachers and students grilling up hot dogs and hamburgers for the student body. You were even given one of those little cards where you have to get signatures from 4 different club presidents proving you participated for credit!

"Hello Havi!" Atlas offered him the bowl of candy. "It's been so long since i've seen you! Have a lollypop"

Havi took two pieces of candy, unwrapping one and putting the other in his pocket.

"Yeah, yeah. How was your summer?" He was still holding up the signature card.

"Oh the usual. Lot's of work on the farm, the crop corn has been the best in years tho!" Atlas was so happy to talk to his old friend. Him and Havi may have grown apart since they were kids, but he will always fondly remember the sunday school arts and crafts projects they always paired up on together.

"It really hasn't been the same not having you around. How is tanum?"

He chuckled a little. Atlas was ... more or less the same as he was when they were younger. (Which was probably why they eventually grew apart.) Havi did feel a little awkward asking for a signature again, so he just sort of kept the card presented in the meantime.

"Sounds great; I bet your parents were thrilled." He put the sucker in his mouth, removing it only to speak. "And Tanum's ... playing a lot of video games? He's doing fine. His uh, heart thing came back for a little bit, but he got the usual surgery, so ..."

Havi smiled at that. "I'll be sure to let him know." He ... let a few seconds pass ... making sure not to jump too quickly to his next question.
