[LOG] CLUB FAIR AT LUNCH

It's now a couple of weeks into school and it's about time for a real club fair hosted by the Student Council! Tables are set up around the lunchroom giving students a chance to talk to the different club presidents and members about joining. Lunch has been extended to an hour and a half today with a few of the teachers and students grilling up hot dogs and hamburgers for the student body. You were even given one of those little cards where you have to get signatures from 4 different club presidents proving you participated for credit!

He raises his eyebrows at her, seeing right through the act.

"I know why you're really here, don't try and butter me up." Eli snatched a pen from Jesus Table once again (did they special order these? This one had a different bible verse than the other one), then motioned for her to give him the signature card.

Bianca's kinda-forced smile faded, and she looked off in embarrassment. "Right." She held the card out to him. "I'm sorry." She murmured, too flustered to make eye contact.

Well, at least he was direct. This shouldn't take too long.

"I don't give a shit," he mumbled, taking the card and scribbling a quick signature. "This is why I'm running a club table. Don't have to skitter around getting signatures."

"I could see the appeal in that." She glanced off to the swim team table. Maybe she could say she was helping run that booth, and then she wouldn't have to deal with getting more signatures. It seemed like it could work.
"Well, er...thanks anyways. Good luck with the table."

He gave her a a two-finger salute as she left.
