What: take me on a date cassidy

When: few days after the soulis party

Where: dorms / local music shop

Before spin the bottle at the party, Areli had managed to click with Cassidy a little about music and get his number and he flirt with him. And even better -- Cassidy didn't seem completely turned off by the flirting so. hey.
It wouldn't get Areli a date for Sadie Hawkins, which was problematic at this point, but maybe the next dance? Or something. At the very least he'd have someone to actually talk about art and music with who would actually contribute to the conversation.

Areli laid on his stomach on his bed, feet in the air while he tapped away on his phone.

hey so the soulis' music collection was huge huh

Areli spend a while to get ready and look nice enough before going out to catch a bus, which was busier than he would have hoped. But the bus only runs certain times and it was either getting there half an hour early or getting there after three, so Areli ends up getting there early and has to meander around downtown and get a coffee, just so it doesn't seem like he got there as early as he did. (and he couldn't just get himself a coffee because that would be sort of rude right??)
So far trying to get a date with this kid was a lot of effort.

Once it was finally closer to 3, Areli slipped back over to Bar None to wait for Cassidy.

NEW CONVERSATION

After Areli had helped Cassidy pick out a football theme song he was slowly realizing he was actually enjoying himself a little bit. At least he already gave out the fact he was kind of a huge fall out boy fan and Areli didn't completely reject him? Maybe he could keep a conversation and have it not be awkward.

"Did you come here wanting something?" Cassidy asked.
