When: Friday after school, following Elliot's phone getting taken
Where: Some classroom

Elliot was pretty sure substitute teachers couldn't take away things from students. But Elliot was also pretty sure on if a teacher didn't show up in the first 15 minutes then you could leave. so. 
Luckily Fair was substituting for some class today and wasn't just not at the school, which would make everything ten times harder. It wasn't one of Elliot's classes, so he just had to wait till the end of the day to see him. 

He didn't really bother knocking, he just peeked through the the doors window before inviting himself in the room, which the essay that Toivo "wrote" for him in hand. 

"Where's my phone. "

"man what's your fucking problem, just give me back my phone. I didn't even really do anything everyone was on their phone during that class!"

fair tosses the shoe to Elliot. "Whoever you paid to write that essay is a dick, hopefully it wasn't a friend of yours"

He caught the shoe this time, generally just looking irritated. Both because now he had a single shoe and because fair wasn't wrong. Now he was out 30 bucks and was half sure he's still probably going to get a detention or something because of this.
