[log] fucking party poopers over here

Lia knew that Cas and Havi weren't going to go to the party, or at least try not to. She could get Clint involved to get Cassidy, but it shouldn't be that hard. And Havi wouldn't be that hard to get to go, either.
Besides, a party would be good for them! Probably! Maybe? It might be good for them, but mostly it was just fun to mess with the two of them.

She tapped on the door a couple times before just opening it up, peeking her head in. " Heyyy, "

"That's exactly what you said last year," Havi deadpans. "And we all know how that turned out." He shifts his weight, hoping to convey the message that he really just wants to leave.

Lia had a point. But its not like Cassidy's big brother could find a way to force him. Well that was some straight up bullshit. Clint would physically drag a kicking and protesting Cassidy downstairs. Again.

"You aren't making this party sound more appealing." He still refused to look up from his laptop. Cassidy had been strategically (and successfully) avoiding her since the incident.

Okay, she had Havi there. But he wasn't about to let her know that.

"Fifteen minutes," he says sternly. He's no stranger to how Lia works, so he might as well get this over with. Plus, if he starts making deals first, maybe he'll get off the hook sooner. "I'll stay for fifteen minutes-- I'm not having fun? I get to leave. I'm pretty sure I don't even like anyone going." A pause. "Pretty sure no one there likes me either." He's just stating fact.

He gives her his biggest 'I'm pissed off but I don't want you to know how much you pissed me off so I'm only going to look mildly disgruntled' glare.

"Fine," he replies tersely. He steals a quick glance at his watch and takes note of the time. Then he slips past her and out of the room.

Cassidy does not like Lia sitting down on the bed. He gives a heavy sigh more to calm himself down than to get back at her. She was on his bed, almost touching his feet and he didn't know if she was going to pull him off the bed by his ankles or do something weird and kiss him.

He slowly pulls out his headphones, this conversation wasn't going to be ending anytime soon apparently. Cassidy shuts his laptop and looks up at Lia raising an eyebrow. "You think I would have fun there?"
