Hey there, friend. I'm sorry I wasn't able to move in on the scheduled day, I've been really busy up here at the university. Classes started here last week, and I'm swamped. Artie says that you're stand up guy. I won't be around too much, because I'm taking university classes, but I'd still like sit down over coffee to write up a roommate agreement (my treat!) gtg!
